I volunteered/ worked as a peer support worker, in a local recovery college. One of the things I did in my role was to facilitate courses. And I ended up writing/ creating and facilitating my own Journaling course.

One of the building that we used was a community venue, used by different organisations, with a library attached. And the library had an….unusual visitor each day.

No one knew what the cats name was, but we ended up calling it Garfield, because of it’s colour. And here it is, sitting in my Journaling class. I’m not sure if it found it helpful, but I can add “teaching journaling to a cat” as a skill on my CV 😂.
